Once we decided to list out house, Sheila was the consummate professional and total dynamo. She was very diplomatic in suggesting changes, helping us to understand the benefit of making minor upgrades such as painting, and lighting without making us feel like our style was being insulted. She asked us to repaint a few rooms that, once repainted, made the surrounding area look much bigger and brighter. The day of photographs, Sheila was there, tweaking the bedding, adding colorful accent pieces, hiding electric cords, and just making sure that the marketing photographs showcased our house in the best way possible. Results: We received a full-price offer on our home the first day it was on the market. We could not ask for more than that!
